Your Childhood Soundtrack Copy Copy

This is quite possibly one of my favourite Inner Child activities, so get ready… Listen to your childhood favourites – for me it was listening to James Blunt, Mica & Elton John’s live in Australia Album (which ok was a bit before my time being recorded in 1986 but it was what my Dad would listen to in the car with me!) – and make yourself a playlist.

I know this can be a tricky one if you don’t have such positive memories associated to music around your childhood, if this is too much for you, I want you to create a playlist that your Inner Child loves, filled with songs that feel really good for you.
